1. The promoter is Sale Dental Spa, 77 Washway Road, Sale M33 7TQ ("the Practice"). Contact: reception@saledentalspa.co.uk, 0161 969 7464.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
3. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry via the website is free.
5. To enter, complete the entry form at win.saledentalspa.co.uk including your name, email address and mobile number, and confirm acceptance of these terms.
6. The competition opens at 00:01 on 1 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2026 ("the closing date"). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
7. The Practice accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for technical or any other reason.
8. The prize is dental treatment at Sale Dental Spa to the value of up to £5,000, applied as a credit toward a personalised smile makeover treatment plan. The plan may include, as clinically appropriate for the winner: comprehensive consultation with digital scans and clinical photography, Invisalign clear aligner treatment, professional teeth whitening, composite bonding, and porcelain veneers.
9. All treatment is subject to a clinical suitability assessment carried out by the Practice's clinical team. Treatment will only be provided where it is clinically appropriate and in the winner's best interests, consistent with the Practice's professional and regulatory obligations. The content of the winner's treatment plan is determined by the treating clinician, not by the winner's preference alone.
10. If the winner's agreed treatment plan exceeds £5,000 in value, the winner may proceed with the plan and pay the balance above £5,000 at the Practice's standard fees. The winner is under no obligation to select a plan exceeding £5,000.
11. If the winner's agreed treatment plan is below £5,000 in value, no cash or credit is payable for the difference.
12. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, resold or combined with any other offer.
13. The prize must be commenced within 6 months of the winner being confirmed, or it will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve winner.
14. Travel and any other costs associated with attending appointments are the winner's responsibility.
15. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
16. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first notification, the Practice reserves the right to draw a reserve winner.
17. The Practice's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The surname and county of the winner will be made available on request, in accordance with the CAP Code. A winner may object to this by contacting the Practice, in which case the Practice will share this information with the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
19. Participation in publicity (including photography and social media) is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize. Separate written consent will be sought for any use of the winner's image.
20. Personal data provided on entry will be used to administer the competition and contact entrants about their entry. Marketing is optional: entrants can choose to receive offers and news from the Practice and can unsubscribe at any time. Data will be handled in accordance with the Practice’s privacy policy at saledentalspa.co.uk/privacy-policy and applicable data protection law.
21. The Practice may, at its discretion, offer additional prizes or offers to selected entrants. Any such offer will be communicated directly to the entrants concerned and will carry its own terms. Entrants who entered before 2 September 2026 remain entitled to the entrant offer stated in the terms in force at the time of their entry: £500 off clear aligner treatment at Sale Dental Spa, redeemable within 3 months of the draw date, subject to clinical suitability, not exchangeable for cash and not combinable with any other offer.
22. The Practice reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated to entrants where practicable.
23. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
24. This competition is promoted by Sale Dental Spa. Glossy Life Magazine is the advertising partner and is not the promoter or administrator of the competition.
