Sale Dental Spa was founded in 2005 by Dr Aisha Ahmed. Before it, she had spent years in practices that ran on volume: short appointments, rushed conversations, patients leaving without quite understanding what had been done, or why.

She believed people deserved better: time, proper explanations, and a visit that felt closer to a spa than a surgery. The name was never a gimmick; it was the brief. Calm rooms, unhurried appointments, and care that treats how you feel as part of the job. The dentistry itself, however good, is only ever half of what someone remembers about a visit. The other half is how they were treated.

Twenty years on, having marked our 20th anniversary in 2025, that is still the standard we hold ourselves to, and it shows in the work. The smiles we build are natural ones: teeth that look like yours, only healthier and brighter, never announcing themselves as dentistry. An established cosmetic practice in Sale, South Manchester, caring for patients from Sale, Altrincham and the surrounding areas, with a Beauty Spa arm offering facial aesthetics alongside the dentistry.
