The aligners are clear plastic trays that fit closely over your teeth. You take them out to eat and to brush.

32Co clear aligners: see-through trays you swap every week or two, planned by your dentist from your 3D scan. The patient stories on this page are Invisalign cases, a similar kind of clear aligner treatment.
It depends on how far your teeth need to move. Your dentist works it out from your 3D scan and writes your timeline on your plan on the night.
