Your dentist talks with you before anything happens: history, concerns, what you want from your teeth.
Your £35 new patient examination is the full workup, not a quick look: a comprehensive assessment, X-rays, a digital scan, clinical photographs and a gum health check, all included in the fee.
If anything needs doing you get options and exact prices in writing. Nothing is started in the same breath it is proposed, unless you want it to be.
Because every new patient leaves with a scan and photographs on file, the Smile Design journey has already begun. If you ever want to see what your smile could look like, the starting point exists from day one, and the consultation to explore it is free.

There is no lecture waiting for you here. You set the pace, you can stop us at any point with a raised hand, and the first appointment can be as small as a conversation. Tell us when you book, and we will build the visit around it.

The practice has step-free access from the car park, treatment available in a ground-floor surgery, an accessible toilet, and parking on site. If there is anything that would make your visit easier, from a hearing loop to simply more time, tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
We are not currently taking on new NHS patients. New patients are welcome to join us privately, and our new patient exam is £35.
