Here we have the latest from Armand Beasley’s Invisalign® journey, which he is so kindly providing for us all. For those who don’t know, Armand is a successful beauty/image expert and presenter who is nearing the end of his Invisalign® treatment soon.
Read below what Armand has to say about his smile makeover experience at Sale Dental Spa. It is a really interesting and eye-opening read!
“As we settle into a new year, let’s not forget that we have also moved into a new decade. When I think back to the last decade, there are many highlights, from doing makeup on various celebrities for events that range from the National Television Awards to BAFTA. Have a look below at the celebs I have worked with over the years.”
“Also, popping up on various TV shows as their beauty expert has been fun, but I was quite conscious of smiling because of the overcrowding of my bottom teeth. That’s how I got into doing more radio, as I had the perfect teeth for radio! I think that it was in 2010 that I started my monthly slot on Talk Radio Europe, which I still do now!
Even when I was to take a selfie or take a picture ( like the one below, with Downton Abbey star Joanne Frogget, whose makeup I had just done), I would smile in such a way as to cover my bottom teeth.”
“The top picture below was taken in August 2019 and is a screen grab that I took from a short video on one of Sale Dental Spas’ Invisalign® Open Day. It was here that I decided to take the plunge. The bottom pic was taken at Christmas, and I’m thrilled!!!! But there’s still a bit more movement to go.”
“I’m currently on my last retainer, 14 of 14, and that will take me to the 4th Feb when I go in to see Dr Aisha so that she can evaluate my teeth, and we can see where we go from there. All I can say is that I’m so glad that I took the plunge to have Invisalign®, but it’s the level of care and attention to detail that I have had with Dr Aisha and the rest of the friendly yet professional team at Sale Dental Spa, that has made this experience so easy.
As I mentioned right at the beginning of my Invisalign® Journey, I’m not after ‘dental perfection’; I have no desire to have a Love Islander smile. I’m happy with my slightly irregular teeth as I like individuality. However, there are options at Sale Dental Spa for people who want that ‘perfect smile’. For the February blog, I will go through those options with you…and I can’t wait for you to see my final smile!
