“I had crowded and discoloured front teeth which made me feel very conscious when I smiled and laughed, especially in photographs. I was not confident taking selfies and used to close my mouth. I didn’t like my teeth at all. My mum told me that I should do something about it now before they get worse as I grow older. Like many teenagers I had braces but because I didn’t wear my retainers they moved back. I have always wanted to do something about it but didn’t know how and where to go. I thought it would be painful and costly. I had been to a few different dentists in Manchester but the information I got was very confusing and didn’t get the confidence to start my treatment.
Years went by and I was about to finish university when I thought “before I start going for job interviews I need to be able to smile with confidence.” A friend of mine had her smile makeover completed by Dr Aisha Ahmed at Sale Dental Spa and was delighted with her new smile. That gave me courage to go and see her for an initial consultation. A few options were discussed and we chose fixed braces and a course of teeth whitening because that would give me the best result within the budget I had. My treatment took about 8 months from start to finish and the whole journey at Sale Dental Spa was very smooth. I was looked after by the whole team. Now I have straight and pearly white teeth and I cannot stop showing them off. I am so much more confident now and love, love, love my new smile!
I’ve had so many compliments from my friends and my mum is so happy that I had them fixed. I feel very confident when I present in front of my clients and do not have to keep my mouth closed in photographs. I am in a new job now and I am looking forward to getting prmoted soon.
