Head into Altrincham and pick up the A56 northbound, which becomes Washway Road as it reaches Sale. Some people prefer to cut across through Timperley instead. Either way it is around four miles and usually 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic in Altrincham town centre.
Hale station is on the Mid-Cheshire line, one stop from Altrincham. At Altrincham Interchange you can change onto the Metrolink and ride three stops to Brooklands, which is roughly a 10 minute walk from the practice. It works, but for most journeys from Hale the car is quicker.
There is parking at the practice, so there is no need to look for a space on Washway Road when you arrive.
